WE ARE LOCATED AT 30 MOUNT NELSON AVENUE SEA POINT.
Please advise your mobile number and estimated time of arrival.
Contact us when u arrive in front of the lodge on 082 629 8496.
Check in times are after 3pm in the afternoon and before 9pm in the evening.
Guests will receive a set of keys on arrival.
Check out time is 10am on the morning of departure so that rooms can be prepared for the next guest.
Arrangements can be made for luggage safekeeping until a bit later in the day.
On departure please ensure that you leave the keys.
The code for the entrance gate is as follows.
1, 2, 6, 7, X and Z, in any sequence, then turn lever LEFT.

for room 1 and 2 the Wifi network is HUAWEI - B618 - C78B and the the code is A3NGYB34TY4
For room 3 and 4 the Wifi network is HUAWEI - B525 - 189A and the code is EM7A32A529F.
SLL is a home with four guest suites.
The Guest Experience is therefore traditional family hospitality and friendliness.
The Guests and the Hosts have their designated shared and private areas.
Guests share a guest kitchen as well as 2 patios and a braai.
As far as use of the kitchen is concerned please clean up and wash up immediately after use so the next guest finds it clean.
As a Guest House we are focused on tourists that does some cooking / warming up of food or making tea/coffee, but it is quite unpleasant for other guests when major / smelly cooking marathons are conducted in the shared guest kitchen.
Guests are asked to be considerate and not to disturb other guests by making noisy entrances or exits, slamming doors, talking loudly (on their phones), playing loud music / movies or being noisy in the kitchen, especially after 8pm and before 7am
We aim to provide 24/7 Power and Wifi whilst conserving energy by utilizing a Solar System.
By usng electrical appliances and showering / hot water when the sun shines optimizes power utilization.
Using the gas cookers also assists with Electricity optimazation.
Use of the washing machine is for one load per week per guest on mini wash (program 14) and please provide your own washing powder.
There is also a Sputnic camping washer for daily incidentals.
Our room rates are for single occupation, unless the booking or an arrangement was made for 2 persons. Sleepovers and parties with friends in rooms are therefore not catered for.
We unfortunately do not cater for children or pets and smoking is only allowed on the Patios and not in front of open bedroom windows.
